Blind Box Vinyl cannot accept returns on items that are not defective or missing parts. The toys we sell are hard to come by and are usually limited in quantity so, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns because you do not really want the toy anymore.
Defective Product Returns
Most of the toys we stock are handmade or produced in limited quantities by small toy companies. A small blemish or deformity is considered normal and may actually make the toy more valuable. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged right out of the box, we will accept a return on the item within THREE (3) DAYS of product receipt. Any return requests made after THREE (3) DAYS will NOT be accepted. NOTE: All returns MUST include original packaging. If ALL original packaging is not with a return, we will NOT accept your return and you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to you. Also note, if you damage the toy we cannot accept the return.
How To Return Items
1) Contact Blind Boy Vinyl within THREE (3) DAYS of product delivery.
2) Explain the reason for return and we will issue an RMA number. Any returns made without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.
3) Ship the item back inside a shipping box with the RMA number outside the box.
4) Once we receive your return, we will process it within 14 business days.
